Effective Date: 1 November 2025

1. Project Cancellations by Client

• Before Project Start: Full refund minus transaction fees.

• After Work Begins: Charges apply for work completed up to the cancellation date.

• After Completion: No refunds once deliverables have been submitted.

2. Non-Refundable Services

No refunds apply to:

• Domain, hosting, or licensing purchases

• Paid advertisements (Google, Meta, etc.)

• Third-party integrations or APIs

• Consultation sessions already delivered

3. Cancellations by ArkStatic

We may cancel services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical project content. Refunds, if applicable, will reflect work completed.

4. Retainer or Subscription Services

For monthly services (maintenance, SEO, marketing), cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. Refunds do not apply to partially used billing periods.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Currency conversion or transaction fees may apply.
