These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ArkStatic’s websites, products, and services. By engaging with ArkStatic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

ArkStatic provides IT and digital services, including web and app development, ERP systems, automation, AI, and marketing. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in project proposals or agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.

• Ensure all submitted materials are legally owned or licensed.

• Pay invoices according to agreed schedules.

Delays in approvals or payments may affect project timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all code, designs, and deliverables remain ArkStatic’s property until full payment is received. After completion and payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client (excluding any third-party or licensed assets).

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding business, financial, or technical information shared during the project.

5. Payments

All payments must follow the terms outlined in the proposal. Late payments may result in additional charges or temporary project suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArkStatic is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, or interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the total project fees paid.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed prior to termination.
